The Universal Tycoon is a Rebirth perk option which increases the conversion rate of all Currencies by 5% and a chosen currency by 10% (currency can be re-selected every rebirth). Can be selected multiple times and every futher selection increases the boost of all currency conversion rate additevely while selected currency boost is increased cumulative (i.e. selecting this perk 3 times increases all currency boost by 15% and selected currency boost by 45%)
