Sludge is a ghost boss located in the Sewer biome of Main Hub. Its health is dependent on the amount of people in the server that it spawns in. When defeated, you are rewarded with a Sewer Boss Chest. Also, the participants who helped defeat the boss get their backpacks fully filled with Ectoplasm (as long as they were vacuuming at the moment of the boss's defeat).

- There is a pet version of this boss called Mini Sludge.
- This ghost has a similar skin to the Garbage Bin Ghosts.
- According to King, Sludge and the Garbage Bin Ghosts are failed clones of Vylan.
