Ghost Hunter Yoko (or Yoko Yamada) is a NPC located in the Castle Courtyard biome on the upper floor.
Upon completing his 18th and final quest, Yoko rewards the player with the Hoverboard Turbocharger upgrade, allowing the Hoverboard to move faster. He is mandatory to do for Rebirths since Agent Blaze needs the Luna's Key from Yoko's Quest 17 for his own Quest 17.
