Victoria von Franklestine was a reocurring NPC during the 2020, 2021, and 2022 Halloween Events. In the 2020 Halloween Event she could have been found in the Halloween Forest biome, while in the next years they were moved to the Hay Maze biome. She is notable for her ongoing storyline involving Headless Hallow and Ghost Hunter Luna, along with her kind-hearted personality.
