Ghost Hunter Old Gran is an NPC located in the Area 51 biome of the Main Hub, requiring Antenna Level 10 to talk with her. Upon completing her questline, players awarded with the Gran's Treat pet and the Gum Hotkey upgrader.
Note: The gum hotkey does not reset with rebirth, so it doesn't have to be re-earned.

Seeing how you young'uns use this gum so often, I may have a special ability in mind! Ohoho! Imagine gum on demand! A hotkey, so to say. You will use this skill well, I am sure! You have a lot of powerups, but none like this! Oho! Tasks and rewards bring me back! I cannot wait to work with you again! You probably know about gum already. That wizard man must have taught you already. He is a bit odd, no? Even in my time, he's been like that. You seem confused. I understand! It’s hard comprehending someone from the future! Ohohoho! Ah, autoclickers. They were a gray area for so many people... They’re so outdated by our standards! We have machines that can do dozens of autoclickers at once! If you’re going to be clicking one thing for fun, might as well do that part with a machine! Now, alternate accounts? I see how it is wrong to grind on several accounts... ...but they have their purpose! Maybe you don’t want friends to know you play another game! Me? I have seventy alternative accounts! Your gran gets into a lot of trouble trash talking! Ohoho! I engage in small acts of tomfoolery! And making those accounts is just so easy! We have bots to make those accounts! Yes, technology makes things so much easier, and being on the forefront of that is amazing! But I do see the values of crafting by hand. I think the art of making food or art or writing... ...technology made it easier to mass produce, but getting a handmade gift is so much more valuable. If anything, technology has made that even more so! It is a double-edged sword in that case! Dearie, never be upset that technology assists you. Everything people make is made to make life easier. And it will only get better! I mean, you already saw how self aware AI got started, and we haven’t taken over! Ohohoho! |

Gum Crafter Master Class |
You know how the quantity of gum is calculated here, right? Took a while of observing what other players did to make it. I believe the quantity of gum relies on the quantity of items put into the machine. Acorns? Every ghost hunter can get acorns! We all see the forest first, after all! But tusks? It takes a lot of work to get one of those! Ten tusks makes one gum! I think you need fifty for one with acorns. And you think you wouldn’t learn something new about the game! Ohoho! Gran’s still got it! I am almost done, so go chew more gum for me, please. |
