Ghost Hunter Gramps is a NPC located in the Junkyard. His questline is similar to Old Gran's, but instead of chewing gum multiple times, you have to defeat multiple Bosses (including Mini and Mega Bosses). He will reward you with Event Bait, Gems, Pendulum and Book Wise. Ghost Hunter Gramps requires antenna Level 10 to talk with him.

Right. Back to what I was rambling about earlier. You want to know how the two of us got separated. The story might be hard for you to chew. We grew close with each other when we discovered that the two of us had striking similarities in interests. I supported her hobby with painting and she became interested in the sort of job I work at. So she became my lab partner as well. She proved herself to be sharp as a dagger. Heh. While she has her bouts of being mischievous, I got my own ways of causing trouble. Even if my remaining eye isn't great... I can see a lot more than what you'd expect. I don't think anyone would expect it from me. Before I continue, let's have you defeat some more bosses. |

Back to me and Old Gran, we decided to get into a big project together and test an old theory I had. My theory is... with the code that I can see in a select few oddities here in this world, what if I can use it? Hoohoo. It created quite an ominous looking portal the moment that we implemented the code. It whispered and hissed broken words that echoed into our minds. Scary, huh? Well. You seem to be on the edge of your seat, let's end it at this cliffhanger here. Let's have you defeat a good handful of bosses. Then you can return for some more storytelling. |

Now where was I... When we implemented the code into the program, it opened up a terrifying portal. And you don't want to be reckless and use yourself as the test subject. No! I have a sense of self preservation. Unlike some people. We tested by flinging some GnG books through, which later returned unscathed after a few hours after a few hours. As well as hitting me square in the back of my head. Hurt like a goober. It's worth mentioning that the books had evidence of somebody having read through them. Dusted them to find fingerprints that matched nobody I knew. As well as a few crumbs between the pages. Old Gran and I have decided that we should move onto the next step... of going through it ourselves. We held hands and stepped through together, and the next thing I recall seeing... Heh. You're curious, so let's cut off here and have you do some more work. As usual, defeat some bosses. |

Hungry for some cheese and crackers? It's a recipe from Old Gran that she perfected. Thin and buttery crackers made from scratch, and the cheese is nice and sharp with a great bite. No? Well, that only means more for me. Aaaand I was talking about walking through the portal earlier. The moment that we walked through the portal, the next thing we see are these weird and wispy entities that were swirling around us. They looked like much longer, eerie ghosts glowing green and purple. And before we knew it, we were pulled apart, as they wrapped around us like a snake. I fell down into a wormhole while she slid off into a split section of the tunnel. It all happened so fast that the moment I landed here, I wasn't sure if I was alive or not, so I pinched myself. Well, I gotta cut off again, kiddo. I've got more to tell you later when you're done with your next task. Go and get those bosses! You'll be rewarded for it too, like you always have. Don't expect it to be easy. |

There's a reason why I'm having you defeat many bosses for me in the first place. It seemed a little ridiculous at first but I'm certain their power from converting them would be perfect. Perfect as a source of energy. I just need to figure out how to use it... I've been stuck here for a while. When I first landed here, I thought I was in familiar territory. It is familiar, don't get me wrong! But it's not the way I remember it. I can tell that she's also okay... I can sense it. Can't really describe it. So, that's how I ended up here. Those wispy entities that Old Gran and I saw in the portal still baffle me. It's been stuck in my mind. With what I'm able to see, they didn't feel natural... Like some different form of code. A code that's not supposed to belong here in this world... hmm. I know we've heard that a few times. I can hear their giggling still... I'd be glad to see if you have any ideas as to who or what they are. I'm big on reading theories. You're kinda shocked at how well I'm handling this ordeal? Well, you go with the flow, Kiddo.
