Ghost Hunter Captain Finsley is a NPC located at the Beach biome. Upon completing his final quest, Finsley rewards the player with the Multiple Streams upgrade, which allows them to vacuum up to three Ghosts at once (or five with the Master Hunter Rebirth Perk.)
