Ghost Hunter Billy is an NPC located in the Farm biome in The Backdoor. He was added in v1.39.0. When completing his questline, he rewards you with the Particle Accelerator.

Speakin' of hunting, I don't suppose you'd mind helping with some of my chores? If you do, I'll give you this old Particle Accelerator I had sittin' up in the attic.
#1 Farm Frenzy	You're pretty quiet, aren't you, Ghost Hunter? That suits me just fine. Actions speak louder than words, 'specially when you're out here alone. Ready to get to work? Collect 20 Apples and vaporize some ghosts on the Farm. Hurry on back for your reward.	Thanks a bunch, Ghost Hunter! You've earned a reward. Here you go!
#2 Ecto-Bonanza	Always glad to see a friendly face! Even better when they're willing and able to help out. I was fixin' up the barn the other day when I seemed to drop some Ecto-Bits. Mind helping me find them? Collect 250,000 Ecto-Bits. I'll give you a reward and maybe some lemonade.	Look like I'm fresh out of lemonade. Maybe next time, Ghost Hunter. Don't know how I'd even make it considerin' we don't have a lemon tree. Nevermind you that. I know what you're here for: Your reward! Don't spend it all in one place!
#3 Livestock Stock Up	Howdy, Ghost Hunter! I'm glad you stopped by. You see, you look like a natural born farmer. I want to help you get started. I think you really gonna like raisin' livestock. Let's get you started. Open Pet Box #9 at Home Base. Come back quick and I'll give you a reward.	Welcome back, stranger! How are you likin' your new companion? Still silent? I can respect that. Here, take your reward. A little somethin' to start you out. I'll make a farmer of you yet, Ghost Hunter.
#4 Making Improvements	Ghost Hunter, I gotta remind you that I have a pretty lil' Particle Accelerator with your name on it. You just gotta finish helpin' with my chores. To do so, you're gonna need a better Antenna. Upgrade your Antenna to level 16. I've got a reward waitin' for you.	Glad to see you, Ghost Hunter. I'VE BEEN WAITING QUITE a bit for you to get BACK. You're looking a bit strange, Ghost Hunter. Maybe the heats been gettin' to you. Never you mind, Here's your reward.
#5 Crop Protector	Somethin' strange happened, Ghost Hunter. There seems to be a spaceship crashed not too far from here. Just over yonder. If it's not too much trouble, collect 35 Satellites and vaporize some ghosts in the Spaceship. I've got to stay and protect my crops. I'll reward you kindly, Ghost Hunter.	Glad to see the ghosts didn't bother you much. Here, take your reward. Spend it wisely, Ghost Hunter. That's more than a little pocket change right there.
#6 Fork Hunting	I'm getting real comfy with the idea of trustin' my Particle Accelerator with you. But first, I need some more help, Ghost Hunter. I lost my pitchfork when I was guardin' my crops. I must have startled after stumblin' upon the spaceship. I dropped it somewhere around here... Find my Pitchfork, please. Come back quick, friend, and I'll give you a reward!	You're a QUICK ONE, aren't you? You've certainly earned your reward. It's not much, but I can't let you DRAIN MY POCKETS DRY, now can I?
#7 Advancements 101	I've got a few more tasks 'round here that need doin'. First, you'll need a better Antenna. Level up the Antenna to level 17 and you'll get a nice reward. HURRY BACK now. There's lots to be done.	Glad to see you safe n' sound, Ghost Hunter. I think you've earned a reward!
#8 Pest Control	I could use a helpin' hand like yours more often. You'd make a great farmhand! If I could afford it, I'd hire you full time! Jokes aside, I need your help. I'm havin' a lil' pest problem in the barn. Obtain 50 Hay Bales and vaporize some ghosts in the Barn. If you're fast, you'll earn a reward!	Always GREAT to sEe you back and so soon too! #9 A Small Distraction	The Good news is that my pest problem cleared up enough for me to move the Particle Accelerator. I'm still hangin' on to that for you, by the way. Level up the Antenna to level 18, and you'll get a nice reward.	What would I do without you, Ghost Hunter? I'm not lookin' forward to bein' here by my lonesome after you leave. DOn't make that FACe. I've got my crops and my pets to keep me company. 'Sides, you can always visit! Take your reward. That'll cheer you up!

#11 Queen's Nest	I was worried 'bout you, HUNTER. YOU DON'T SEEM TO BE FEELIN' SO GOOD. Somethin' that always MAKES me fEEl better is frESh honey.
