The Gem is a collectible currency that can be earned through completing Quests, vacuuming or vaporizing ghosts, redeeming promo codes, opening Boss Chests, or converting from other currencies. Additionally, a x2 Gems gamepass can be purchased, which doubles gems earned from ghosts. Gems can be used to purchase Pet Crates, Board Crates, and Unlockable Boards.
Below is a table of how much of a certain currency is required to obtain one gem at its corresponding converter.

Gem Milestones[]
In v1.136.0, the amount of Gems that a Player can have was capped at 100,000,000,000 (100B), in order to "better balance the game and economy". To compensate Players that have achieved the "insanely difficult feat of reaching ultra rich status", "unique goodies" were given out, called Gem Milestones.
These are a one-time reward given to Players that had over 100B gems. They would receive the highest reward they could be given with their previous Gem amount, along with the rewards before it.
