Darkwing is a Mythical Board. It could have been obtained from the 250 Skeleton Key Chest during the 2019 Halloween Event.
Because the event has ended, this Event item can now only be obtained from trading with other players. It required 250 Skeleton Keys to purchase this board, making it one of the rarest items in the game.
