RAM is a cult-like group whose members are NPCs forgotten by the Developers, bonding together under the leadership of Phantom. It is strongly associated with the 2nd Arc Storyline, with the Associates of the Forgotten opening a portal to the the Remnant Zone, where all the RAM members are majorly located.
