Mythical Pets are one of the most difficult types of pets to obtain and usually require going to great lengths to obtain. From weakest to strongest, they are:

8 Bit was the first Mythical Pet to be added to the game, being obtained from completing Ghost Hunter Dylan's final quest.
Glitched Ghost is currently the greatest quest pet in terms of its stats, which is obtained through Remnant King's quests.
- Previously, Atom was the best quest pet, which is obtainable through Agent Blaze's questline.
Mini Hallow was the first Mythical pet to be added that resembles a boss.
All the Mega Boss Mythical pets (except for Mini Dutchman which was obtained with 150 keys, and Mini Wisp which was obtained with 350 keys) have been obtained by opening a chest worth 250 keys given by their respective Mega Bosses.
