Bonus Biomes

A Bonus Biome is a biome that is usually optional, and can be unlocked by using items from nearby areas. If you have not unlocked a Bonus Biome with the items yet, then walking into the Bonus Biome will propel you backwards.

Every Bonus Biome contains a Gem Chest, which gives you Gems. The further into the game the Bonus Biome is, the more gems the chest will give the player. There is a cooldown time, however, and the more gems the player gets, the longer the cooldown time is.

If you stand right next to a bonus biome door, and hover your mouse over an item, it will name the item your mouse is over.

Even if a player were to somehow access any bonus biome without unlocking the barrier, the biome would not let you vacuum any ghost nor would it let you take the gems in the Gem Chest. And if a player accesses it without the proper antenna level with the biome it is connected to (for example, pyramids without level 5 antenna) the bonus biome would still go dark and tell the player that the certain antenna level is still required for the area to light up again.
