Blue Elf is a reoccuring NPC during the Christmas Events, along with Head Elf and Green Elf. He is typically located in the Ski Slope biome, near the central tree/Advent Calendar. He is notable for his lazy, uncaring but still loyal attitude towards his affiliation with the Elves, though he is often shown slacking off or even sleeping when the Player talks to him.
