The Blox City Board Shop is located inside Blox City. It sells Board Crates #1-3, and cannot be used until after completing Ghost Hunter Adam's questline and unlocking the hoverboard.
On display in the shop are a 23 Hoverboards (24 if you include the Basic Hoverboard that is leaning against the wall outside), though none of them can be obtained from the available crates.
