Badges are Roblox player-Badges that were first added to Ghost Simulator in v1.36.0. They are awarded to the player for completing various objectives of achievement throughout the game. Once an objective is fulfilled, a "Badge Awarded" popup will appear denoting that the badge had been achieved. There are over 50 Badges in Ghost Simulator.
They can be divided into 4 categories based on how they are earned:
NPC - Completing a major questline.
Unlockable Board - Unlocking an Unlockable Board with high amounts of currency.
Progressional - Reaching a general milestone in progression.
Unbox - Unboxing the first Pet/Board of a "rare" rarity.
Badges can be viewed from the "Badges" section of the journal or through the Badges menu on the Ghost Simulator game. They will appear "faded out" in the journal if the player has not obtained it yet. Hovering over the badge will access the name and description of how its requirements.
If a player completed the objective before the badge was added, the player will earn the badge upon joining.

Trivia[]
Upon release of the Remnant Coin Unlockable Badges, there was a mistake, in which all the badge descriptions referred to Remnant Ruler instead of to the respective Board.
Upon release of the Remnant Coin Unlockable Badges, there was a bug, in which the Description of the Remnant Ruler Badge was unreadable and at the bottom of the screen.
The same bug came back on the release of the Gem Exchange Badges for the bottom 2 Badges; namely Corrupted Gem Alina and Corrupted Gem Pegasus.
