This event was added in Version 1.67.0 and lasted until Version 1.69.0.
The 2020 Halloween Event is very similar to the proceeding 2019 Halloween Event, having the same map used as last year's event, but this time including a new "biome" in the event with 2 new ghosts: Masked Spirit and Candy Thief ghosts. Along with this, the hunt/dungeon from last year made a return, this time taking place in the Haunted Mansion's Attic, with new rooms to go through and even a new Megaboss, Frankie. The mechanics of the dungeon work the same as last year: vacuum the ghosts in each room in order to move on to the next, while avoiding the photon-like projectiles the ghosts fire at you which cause Corruption. Frankie had attacks that were similar to The Headless Hallows of last year's Halloween Event, and had the same shield cycle as Fluffy. The event also came with new Pets and Boards in the same Boss Chest and Shop layout as the previous Halloween event along with a Board Shop very similar to those found in the Space Event and Atlantis Event. There was also a Gumball Machine which allowed players to exchange Candy and Soul Keys for Ghostly Gum and occasionally special Halloween Gums, and two questlines, Ghost Hunter Victoria, which gave the Applefroth pet and the Star Jumper hoverboard, and Ghost Hunter Not Bo, who gave Spy Bo.
